Caoimhe is a tax partner who advises a broad range of clients on Irish and international tax matters.
Her clients include large privately held family businesses, public companies, high net worth individuals and families.
Caoimhe also has extensive M&A experience, advising on due diligence, complex financing transactions and structuring of Irish and international acquisitions and expansion.
She regularly leads multi-jurisdictional teams in delivering solutions for her clients on large scale transactions.
Caoimhe has a Bachelor of Commerce International and a Masters in Accounting from National University of Ireland, Galway.
She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland (FCA) and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute (CTA).
