David is a partner in our Audit practice and has over 16 years’ experience of providing audit, assurance and advisory services to private, public and semi-state clients across the real estate, energy, aviation, healthcare, technology, life sciences and banking sectors.
In addition to audit and accounting assistance, David has worked with his clients on various capital market transactions including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and has also led large scale vendor due diligence on the sale of debt portfolios.
