Emer is Head of Audit for KPMG in Ireland. She provides audit, accounting and advisory services primarily to companies in the life sciences, technology and aviation sectors.
Emer has extensive experience advising a wide range of both domestic and multinational clients and spent almost three years working in KPMG’s Silicon Valley office in the United States.
Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, internal control over financial reporting and a variety of Irish and US listings.
She currently advises a number of US SEC registrants who report using both US GAAP and IFRS.
