Morgan is an associate director with KPMG’s Global Strategy Group, where he is responsible for leading projects in the domains of communications and Industry 4.0, with an emphasis on delivering go-to-market planning, organic and inorganic growth strategy, opportunity origination, and corporate and solution positioning.
Since joining KPMG in 2022, Morgan has also helped drive KPMG’s Elevate value improvement offering which helps businesses, both in and outside of the deal cycle, to achieve rapid and sustained EBITDA performance improvement.
