Paul is a tax partner with over 16 years experience advising clients on Irish and international tax matters across a wide range of sectors.
In particular, Paul has extensive experience in the areas of asset management, energy and natural resources, real estate, infrastructure and private Irish business.
He has advised a broad range of clients on matters such as debt structuring, mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, asset sales and business start-ups.
Paul also has particular expertise in advising clients on EII (Employment and Investment Incentive) share issues and other forms of equity and debt fundraising.
