Jacinta is a principal in the Tax group with over 15 years' experience.
She advises a broad range of clients on Irish and international tax. Her clients include Irish public companies, international companies headquartered in Ireland, international companies with significant Irish operations and high net worth individuals.
She assists clients with many aspects of tax including expansion in Ireland and abroad, acquisitions and restructurings.
Jacinta is a graduate of University of Limerick's Bachelors of Business Studies, a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, and a Chartered Tax Adviser.
