He has extensive experience of advising clients in areas such as international tax structuring, complex financing transactions, cross-border acquisitions and outbound expansion.
His clients include public companies, privately owned groups, private equity funds and high net worth individuals.
Donal also spent one year on the firm’s Irish tax desk in New York City where he advised many US businesses on Irish tax matters relevant to inbound investment into Ireland.
