She has over 15 years’ experience advising Northern Irish, UK and international clients on UK VAT issues across a wide range of sectors.
Jennifer has particular experience advising on property related matters, financial services, as well digital and technology sector issues.
Jennifer has also advised numerous clients on restructuring and acquisition transactions.
