      Pat is a director of project management services with a quantity surveying background who has worked in the USA, UK and Ireland. 

      He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Project Management group of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI).

      Pat has been responsible for the project management of primary Dublin inner-city mixed-use developments, residential, conservation, sports and leisure projects.
