About Me
I joined KPMG Ignition Tokyo (KIT) about six years ago and currently serve as a Senior Domain Leader. Over the years, I have taken on key roles such as Engineering Lead, Technology Lead, and a member of the Architecture Review Board. My focus has been on driving innovation, enabling cross-domain development, and delivering impactful solutions.
At KIT, we embrace the concept of “Everyone is a Leader,” which empowers individuals to take initiative and lead in their own capacity. This shared vision of leadership across the organization has allowed me to stay highly motivated while honing my leadership, communication, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
Our leadership team actively listens to feedback and implements improvements to create a better work environment. Working at KIT is truly rewarding, thanks to the combination of challenging projects and a collaborative atmosphere.
How I Spend My Free Time
During winter, I take extended vacations to enjoy snowboarding. One of my dreams is to earn a certification as a snowboarding instructor someday.

About Me
multinational team while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a long-term career. My previous experience as an auditor, combined with digital technology, inspired me to contribute to initiatives that reduce the burden on audit professionals – this was one of the key reasons I decided to join KIT.
Currently, I work as a Business Analyst, responsible for organizing and analyzing business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, exploring solutions, and conducting testing. My focus now is on developing tools that free auditors from repetitive tasks, enabling them to concentrate on more specialized work.
I make use of KIT’s Flexible Work Program (FWP) to work efficiently within limited hours, ensuring high-quality output. While my days often fly by, I strive to maintain a sense of balance so that even during busy periods, I can pick up my child from daycare with a smile.
Looking ahead, I aim to continue sharpening my skills as a Business Analyst – becoming someone clients trust to understand their pain points and someone the team relies on for expertise.
I also hope to collaborate closely with clients and development teams to create tools that auditors truly want to use in their daily work.
