This year’s KPMG Summer Party was not only a highlight of the year but also a reminder of how much we value a strong team, employee engagement, and memorable experiences.

More than 200 colleagues gathered at the Margis Hotel, where the day kicked off with the Staff Days program. Partners Rokas Kasperavičius, Vita Šumskaitė, and Toma Jensen shared insights on the firm’s achievements, performance, and future plans. Colleagues from the Advisory team – Mindaugas Aleška, Laurynas Navakauskas, Ramūnas Tiškus, and Aurelijus Panasiukas – presented the team’s remarkable growth and success stories.

Following the presentations, guest speaker, economist Marius Dubnikovas, gave an overview of the current economic situation and shared forecasts for 2025.

KPMG Step Challenge – “Walk the Vibe”

After the inspiring presentations, we celebrated 117 colleagues who participated in the “Walk the Vibe” step challenge throughout the month. The goal was ambitious – 2.5 million steps – symbolically representing the distance from last year’s Summer Party location in Turkey to this year’s event in Lithuania, carrying good vibes along the way.

But our team’s enthusiasm exceeded all expectations – together, we walked an incredible 23,236,095 steps! That’s 16,597 kilometers – almost halfway around the world!

This result is a powerful reminder: when the KPMG team comes together, nothing is impossible.

Step Challenge Winners – Champions of Endurance

The “Walk the Vibe” challenge wasn’t just about a collective goal – it also brought out some impressive individual accomplishments!

The winner was Simona, a translator at KPMG Lithuania, who walked an incredible 920,340 steps in one month! That’s the equivalent of walking to work every day... from a different city.

Second place went to Ieva, a senior accounting and tax specialist, with 847,606 steps, while third place went to Justė, an assistant from the ADC department, who logged 838,903 steps.

To inspire everyone even more, one additional winner was selected by lottery – Vilma, a junior team lead from the ADC department.

The winners received gift vouchers – which we hope will come in handy after all those kilometers, whether it’s for new sneakers to keep stepping next year or for some well-deserved relaxation after such achievements!

Fun and Challenges in Nature’s Embrace

After the Staff Days program, we moved to a more informal setting – the Margis peninsula – where exciting activities and surprises awaited. The celebration began on a sweet note, with an ice cream cart offering a refreshing taste of summer. Then came a real challenge: an electric unicorn that required determination and balance to ride.

Team challenges brought colleagues together as we built giant cubes – boosting cooperation, creativity, and trust. We also tested our knowledge in a fun KPMG quiz, recalling company milestones and internal fun facts.
The evening culminated with a firewalk – prepared for through a special ritual that helped us focus, overcome inner fears, and push boundaries – together, as one team.

The night wrapped up with a concert by Jurgis Didžiulis, filling the space with positive energy and inspiring messages about authenticity, freedom, and human connection.

More Than a Party – a Reflection of Culture

The KPMG Summer Party is more than just a thank-you to employees – it’s a reflection of our organizational culture. We foster openness, trust, and connection – because we believe that a strong team is built not only in the office but also beyond its walls.

We’re grateful to grow, learn, and celebrate together each year. Thank you to everyone who helped shape this day – from the organizers to every participant. Until next year – with new experiences and an even stronger team!
