      Red Teaming exercises is an advanced cybersecurity assessment during which the activities of real cyber attackers are simulated. Unlike traditional penetration testing, Red Teaming assesses not only technologies, but also people and processes, in order to determine how the organisation would respond to a real cyberattack.

      During the exercises, KPMG specialists assess all aspects of security, including physical security, social engineering and cyber protection, in order to provide a comprehensive view of the organisation’s security posture.

      Value to the organisation:

      • the organisation’s overall cyber resilience is assessed;
      • the effectiveness of security operations centres (SOCs) and incident response teams is tested;
      • the effectiveness of threat detection and response processes is assessed;
      • process and organisational shortcomings that are not revealed by traditional technical assessments are identified;
      • it is tested how security measures operate under real attack conditions;
      • the organisation’s preparedness for advanced cyber threats is strengthened.

      Ideal for organisations that:

      • already perform penetration testing on a regular basis;
      • have cybersecurity controls in place;
      • manage critical infrastructure or important business processes;
      • seek to assess their incident management capabilities;
      • want to test the organisation’s actual resilience to complex cyberattacks.
