Danny has more than 30 years of experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, of which 17 years at KPMG. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at ABN AMRO and 3 years at McKinsey & Co. With a team of approximately 40 professionals in the Netherlands, KPMG advises both listed and private companies, family businesses, and private equity investors in achieving their objectives. Most assignments are carried out in collaboration with international KPMG member firms, and since 2017 Danny has been a member of KPMG’s Global M&A Steering Committee.
In addition to his M&A activities, Danny is also responsible—together with a team of approximately 20 lead partners—for KPMG’s broader services to private equity clients. Throughout his career, Danny has gained extensive experience in the following sectors: Manufacturing, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC), Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC), Business Services, Food & Agri, and Rental Services.
