He has a strong focus on projects related to large scale cross border procurement business transformations, design operating models, source-to-pay process optimizations and cost reductions. He is drives the Powered Procurement methodology for the Dutch procurement practice. He is comfortable working with all levels of an organization and he is an excellent communicator.
