Tim Kramer is Director, Head of Working Capital at KPMG in the Netherlands, supporting clients with cash & working capital optimization and other performance improvement solutions.
Tim has 10 years of experience helping organizations across many sectors to grow, transform, turnaround, buy, sell and restructure. This has included work for listed companies, national corporates, growth companies, state-owned enterprises, banks, private equity funds and governments.
He has delivered engagements on-site in Belgium, Brazil, Cambodia, France, Germany, Greece, India, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the UK, Vietnam and other countries.
Prior to moving back to his home country, the Netherlands, in 2024, Tim worked in the UK for six years and in Vietnam for four years, where he supported international clients with turnaround, restructuring and performance improvement solutions.
