Edith is a business anthropologist with extensive experience in IT services and consulting since 1997, including roles at Oracle UK and Microsoft in both the UK and the Netherlands. In her work, she combines technology and organizational insight, with a strong focus on the human side of digital transformation within complex organizations.
In 2021, she joined KPMG, where she took on the role of Alliance Lead, responsible for the partnership between KPMG Netherlands and Microsoft. In this capacity, she focused on strengthening the ecosystem around the Microsoft Cloud platform and developing propositions in the areas of digital transformation, data, and AI
Since 2024, Edith has been part of KPMG’s People & Transformation team, where she has returned to her role as an advisor. She focuses on culture change and the human side of digital transformation, supporting organizations in aligning behavior, knowledge, leadership and collaboration with their digital ambitions.
