Since starting at KPMG in 1999, Alexander has been involved in a large number of distinctive engagements across a variety of sectors. Alexander's core competencies during these 17 years include shared services and outsourcing. Between 2007 and 2010, Alexander was seconded to KPMG South Africa, where he was responsible for setting up the Shared Services & Outsourcing Advisory team and market footprint.
Alexander has participated in more than 30 shared services, business process outsourcing and global business services projects in the areas of strategy, feasibility studies, business cases, design, migration strategy, implementation, evaluation and development. Alexander regularly publishes on shared services trends and developments.
