Elham is currently leading the Centre of Excellence for Process Mining within KPMG Data & Analytics Lighthouse where together with her team, she supports clients globally with introducing and scaling process mining architectures, designing operating models and management strategies to ensure their adoption. She conducted innovative research in process mining from theory to application. She has developed methodologies and techniques for data-driven analysis of business processes.
