I am an IT Delivery Manager with over 10 years of experience in business analysis, project management, data analytics, and sales support. On a daily basis, I coordinate the implementation of applications built on .NET and low-code technologies, with a strong focus on business process automation and delivering solutions that meet clients’ needs and expectations.

I am an IT Delivery Manager with extensive experience in managing and delivering implementation projects using .NET technologies, low-code platforms, and Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI. I have broad expertise in business analysis, data analytics, project management, and solution design. In my day-to-day work, I lead projects focused on optimizing and automating business processes, while also managing teams of Business Analysts and UX/UI Designers.

I have worked in IT audit and automation teams, gaining hands-on experience in managing virtual machines (VMs) that support proprietary bots used in internal business processes. I currently serve as a Supervisor within the Delivery team. My areas of expertise include database management (SQL) and SAP administration. I collaborate closely with software vendors and business teams, overseeing software implementations and driving the optimization of existing solutions to improve efficiency and performance.

Throughout my career, I have held both software development and management roles, gaining experience across a wide range of technical and leadership responsibilities. Since 2018, I have been supporting the ServiceNow ecosystem, serving as a project lead, team manager, and ServiceNow subject matter expert. Over the years, I have participated in software development projects, led project delivery initiatives, managed teams, and provided expert guidance on ServiceNow solutions and best practices.

I have over six years of experience in both domestic and international IT audit, with a particular focus on assessing IT internal control environments in compliance with SOX requirements, conducting risk assessments in line with ISA 315, and evaluating IT environments and cybersecurity practices. My expertise includes testing General IT Controls (GITCs) and IT Application Controls (ITACs), as well as supporting clients in remediating identified deficiencies and mitigating associated IT risks.
