A certified auditor specializing in the audit of financial statements prepared in accordance with both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Polish accounting regulations. Her primary focus is on industrial companies, with particular expertise in the Energy & Natural Resources and Oil & Gas sectors.
She has been with KPMG since 2002. During this time, she has led numerous teams delivering audits of both standalone and consolidated financial statements, including audits of capital groups listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).
In 2026, she became Head of Audit at KPMG in Poland.
Marta also has experience supporting bond and equity issuance processes for companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In addition, she delivers training on International Financial Reporting Standards, International Standards on Auditing, and financial statement audit methodology.
