Matilda has experience in leading major transformation projects and projects aimed at setting strategies for finance functions, defining and implementing operational models for finance organizations, defining governance and streamlining shared service centers, process efficiency and standardization, as well as compliance such as IFRS and FATCA.
Matilda is accustomed to working at the interface between business and IT and has a strong interest in change management. Matilda has experience from several sectors, but primarily the construction, energy, and banking sectors.
