Martin started at KPMG in 2007 and has over 15 years of experience as an advisor in various corporate finance services. He began his career in the USA, where he focused on investment banking and corporate valuations. Today, Martin is responsible for the valuation service at KPMG in Sweden. Throughout his career, Martin has led and managed numerous valuation assignments, including the valuation of debt and equity-related instruments, tax and financial reporting (including IFRS 3 and US GAAP ASC 805 and ASC 350 analyses, and incentive valuations according to 409a and SEC regulatory reviews), disputes and damage calculations, fairness opinions, and analyses of strategic alternatives. Additionally, he has worked on numerous corporate finance assignments, including private financings, M&A, and restructurings.
