Eleanor heads up KPMG’s UK Real Estate tax team. She has 15 years of experience providing UK and international tax advice to a wide range of clients in the real estate industry, including real estate funds / fund managers, pension funds, sovereigns, landed estates and property developers.
Eleanor has advised on setting up fund / co-investment structures, provided tax advice on a number of initial public offering (IPOs) and led teams delivering due diligence and vendor due diligence services across Europe. She also advised on tax structuring for global real estate funds, tax planning for UK real estate owners / occupiers, tax structuring / due diligence for IPOs.
