Tania has over 20 years’ experience in Consulting with an operational focus on Financial Services Sectors. Additionally, she has been at the heart of developing and delivering operating models from KYC, remediation, and our latest solution, Smart CDD. Tania has been the Head of UK Operations in our Managed Services business since 2017, however, she has been part of the Managed Services team since its establishment in 2011.
In recent years, Tania has ensured a consistent approach across Managed Services engagements and operational disciplines are applied effectively. Tania’s focus has always been on creating operational solutions to fit client’s requirements, whilst overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion to the highest quality.
