Caroline is a partner leading our national Employment Solutions team. She has around 30 years’ experience supporting clients’ HR, finance and payroll teams to deliver employer compliance and reward projects including:
Representation during HMRC reviews into employment status, PAYE, National Insurance, Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and National Minimum Wage (NMW);
Proactive reviews to support SAO governance, processes and controls in all of the above areas as well as payroll processes, holiday pay and pension auto enrolment;
Payroll projects to remediate reporting and withholding issues and to identify efficiencies in the payroll process;
Labour supply chain due diligence, providing advice on contingent workers, agency contracts, IR35 and self employed processes and controls;
Delivering technology solutions to improve employee engagement through the delivery of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) hub, flexible benefits and total reward statements; and reduce the administration burden and improve compliance through the implementation of right to work, P11D and IR35 technology solutions.
