    Jill is Head of People for Audit in the UK and has responsibility for the Audit People Strategy. She leads the teams who support delivery of Audit’s people agenda and is a member of the Audit Executive. Prior to being Head of People for Audit, Jill was Head of HR for Consulting.

    Jill has over two decades of HR experience and across multiple sectors and regulated businesses. Prior to KPMG, Jill was at HSBC and held a number of senior HR roles as part of the Global HR Executive team. Jill started her career at Ford Motor Company where she was involved in a number of transformation programmes to change working practices and build the firm’s capability in lean manufacturing & engineering.
