Victor leads our multi-disciplinary UK Mining practice and is a member of KPMG’s Global Mining group. Vic has over 13 years of deal experience advising global corporations on their cross-border transactions focusing on providing end-to-end support to businesses when reviewing their strategic options including sell-side and acquisition support to clients in the metals and mining sector.
Vic was seconded to KPMG’s Beijing practice in 2012, where he worked very closely with a number of state owned enterprises. He has significant cross border deal experience, including recent deals in Brazil, Chile, South Africa, Australia and across Africa.
He also has experience of IPO and other capital market related work.
