Simon is responsible for supporting and monitoring compliance with Client Engagement and Acceptance (CEAC) processes and accountability across Consulting, as well as leading Consulting’s Quality Improvement Plan with a focus on Delivery Excellence.
Simon works closely with the Consulting Leadership Team and Head of Capability to support Consulting Partners and Staff across the business understand, comply with and deliver successfully within the Firm’s UK and Global policy framework and risk appetite.
