Brian is the Head of Alliances for KPMG, UK, leading the strategic ecosystem of alliances for the UK firm. He collaborates with market-leading technology and data companies to help clients transform their businesses for the future, underpinned by technological change. Brian is also an Advisory Partner for the UK firm, working closely with his fellow partners across all sectors and industries to help support wider enterprise transformation.

Brian leads a team of Partners, Directors and Sales Specialists across many of our strategic technology and data alliance partners and is also part of the wider Advisory Leadership Team. This makes him very well placed to support organisations going through all kinds of transformation. Brian is passionate about advocating change and ensuring that Corporations have a better understanding of what’s next in our quickly changing world of work. He has over two decades of work experience helping companies assess their current working practices and how they may need to adapt for a future workforce.

Brian has spent his career working in a “Big 4” Firm and prior to his return to KPMG in 2021, Brian was a Partner for one of our competitors. During this time Brian predominantly worked in Global Mobility, supporting organisations in managing their global workforce – be that talent management; HR policy work; tax and payroll compliance; or broader people strategy alignment.

Brian is also a leading advocate of inclusion and diversity both personally and professionally, having helped to co-found two significant LGBT+ professional networks and also lead employee networks. He has also used his influence to further promote LGBT+ issues in the workplace to ensure equality; as well as promoting appropriate senior representation; role model behaviour and mentoring for many junior employees across the Firm.
