With over 30 years of experience, Minaho leads relationships for some of KPMG’s most prestigious global accounts as Global Client Lead Partner. She is responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams across borders to address clients’ most complex business challenges. Minaho is the primary point of contact for Board and Executive Committee members, as well as other senior stakeholders.
Having lived in Indonesia, Singapore and the UK, Minaho brings broad international experience and a deep understanding of cross-border issues. She provides pragmatic, advice to clients operating in a fast‑changing and disruptive environment.
Previously, Minaho served as UK Head of Global Mobility Services (2019–2025) and EMA Regional Head (2022–2025). Under her leadership, the EMA region became the largest and fastest‑growing in her practice area.
Minaho is a committed advocate for inclusion, diversity and equity. She was Partner Sponsor of the KPMG Network of Women from 2016 to 2021, supporting initiatives to empower women, promote gender equity and foster professional development at all levels of the firm.
Passionate about giving back to the community, Minaho volunteers as an Emergency Responder for London Ambulance Service at weekends, providing pre‑hospital care to members of the public.
In recognition of her collaborative leadership style and contributions to society, she was named one of the “50 Leading Lights in Kindness and Leadership” by the Women of the Future Awards in its inaugural year.
Minaho is a frequent public speaker on topics including governance frameworks, cross‑border issues, workforce transformation and Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE).
