Prior to the UK, Isabel was running the Strategy, Customer and Operations practice in KPMG Hong Kong where she spent the last 17 years. Isabel's background is mainly Banking, Wealth and Asset Management but over the years has also supported on projects across a variety of other sectors across customer, digital and transformation.
