These individuals will be responsible for leading global networks of KPMG professionals who provide Audit, Tax and Advisory services to organizations in the Banking & Capital Markets, Healthcare, Government, and Infrastructure and Transport sectors. These appointments reflect KPMG’s strategic focus on continuity, deep sector experience, and long-term growth.

      Geoff Rush has been appointed Global Head of Banking & Capital Markets. He succeeds Francisco “Paco” Uría who has had an outstanding 15-year career with KPMG, marked by transformative leadership and a dedication to client-centric solutions. His strategic vision and collaborative approach have been instrumental in reshaping banking and capital markets.

      Based in Toronto, Canada, Geoff brings over 25 years of experience leading large transformation programs across banking, insurance, and wealth management. His extensive work across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region provides him with a global perspective and strong industry insight. He continues to hold his role as the Global Financial Services Lead for Advisory and Global Lead Partner for TD Bank Group.

      The global banking landscape is undergoing transformation, shaped by geopolitical shifts, rapid technological innovation, evolving regulatory frameworks, and changing client expectations. I am energized by the opportunities this environment presents—not only for our banking and capital markets clients worldwide, but also for KPMG.       Beccy Fenton has been appointed Global Head of Healthcare. She succeeds Anna van Poucke, who will retire after an impressive tenure of more than 30 years in the healthcare industry, including 15 years with KPMG in the Netherlands and KPMG International. Anna spearheaded a global network of 5,000+ healthcare professionals, serving as a key trusted advisor to top health leaders. Her visionary approach and practical experience were pivotal in executing transformative healthcare initiatives.

      With her 13 years at KPMG in the UK, Beccy has held significant roles including UK Head of Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare, and KPMG Co-Global Lead for Care System Redesign. Her leadership has driven over 100% growth in the UK's healthcare business, securing a leading market position. Notably, she guided crucial healthcare support during the COVID-19 pandemic for the UK Government, National Health Service , and private healthcare organizations. Beccy's experience in audit, transformation, and strategy, combined with deep industry knowledge, highlights her exceptional ability to lead in her new role.

      Dean Grandy has been appointed Global Head of Government. He succeeds Brenda Walker, who is retiring after an impressive 20-year career at KPMG. Brenda has been instrumental in elevating KPMG’s profile within the government and public sector. Her leadership in managing high-profile defense and intelligence clients and leading strategic go-to-market initiatives has enhanced the government client experience at KPMG.

      Dean has played a key role at KPMG Australia, where he has served as a Partner in the Canberra office since joining KPMG 12 years ago. In his capacity as the Global Digital Government Leader, he has been instrumental in guiding some of the most intricate and high-profile digital transformation projects. His extensive expertise has helped to make a significant difference to the public sector, both in Australia and internationally. Dean's career spans over 30 years, during which he has consistently acted as a key enabler and trusted advisor for major Australian Federal Government business and digital transformation initiatives.

      I’m thrilled to step into this new role at such a pivotal time, as governments and defense organizations face increasing complexity and rising citizen expectations. Future-fit governments must be technology-enabled, data driven and joined up to unlock the potential of truly digital government.       Lisa Kelvey has been appointed Global Head of Infrastructure & Transportation. She succeeds Richard Threlfall, who will retire after a remarkable 22-year career at KPMG. Richard has brought unparalleled experience and strategic insight into the infrastructure, transport, utility, and construction markets. His leadership and ability to navigate complex transactions and provide strategic insights has been instrumental in advancing KPMG firms’ objectives and helping to deliver exceptional value to clients.

      Lisa has spent 13 years at KPMG in the UK and previously served as EMA Region Head of Infrastructure, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. As a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience, Lisa is an esteemed authority in the planning, procurement, and delivery of major infrastructure projects globally. She is currently leading the UK firm’s Major Projects Advisory, she has been instrumental in driving industry best practice infrastructure initiatives and has a passion for embedding sustainability across infrastructure and transport. Her impressive track record and extensive expertise underscore her exceptional capability to advance KPMG firms’ infrastructure objectives.
