On June 18, 2026, Auberge du Lac Sacacomie Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a notice of intention to make a proposal pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the BIA and KPMG Inc. has agreed to act as Trustee under the proposal.
First Extension of Delay
On July 6, 2026, the Debtor obtained from the Court a first extension of delay to file its proposal until August 20, 2026. That same order authorized the interim financing requested by the Debtor.
