On March 6th, 2017, Densi Corporation (the "Company" or the "Debtor") filed a notice of intention to file a proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the BIA and KPMG Inc. (“KPMG”) has consented to act as Trustee under the proposal.
First Extension of Delay
On March 30th, 2017, the Debtor obtained from the Court a first extension of delay to file its proposal until May 23rd, 2017.
Second Extension of Delay
On May 18th, 2017, the Debtor obtained from the Court a second extension of delay to file its proposal until May 26th, 2017.
