      On December 4th, 2025, Excavation National Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a notice of intention to file a proposal pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the BIA and KPMG Inc. has consented to act as Trustee under the proposal.

      First extension of delay

      On December 23, 2025, the Debtor obtained from the Court a first extension of delay to file its proposal until February 17, 2026.

      Second extension of delay

      On February 13, 2026, the Debtor obtained from the Court a second extension of delay to file its proposal until April 3rd, 2026.

      Third extension of delay

      On March 30, 2026, the Debtor obtained from the Court a third extension of delay to file its proposal until May 15, 2026.

      Fourth extension of delay

      On May 11, 2026, the Debtor obtained from the Court a fourth extension of delay to file its proposal until June 4, 2026, inclusive.

      Proposal

      On June 4, 2026, Excavation National Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a proposal and KPMG Inc. has consented to act as Trustee under the proposal.

      Receivership

      On June 8, 2026, the Superior Court of Quebec the Court issued an order appointing KPMG Inc. as Receiver to the property of Excavation National Inc. (the "Debtor") under section 243 of the BIA.
