On December 1, 2023, La Coopérative des Travailleurs/Travailleuses Premier Défi Laval (the "Debtor") filed a notice of intention to file a proposal pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the BIA and KPMG Inc. has consented to act as Trustee under the proposal.
First Extension of Delay
On December 18, 2023, the Debtor obtained from the Court a first extension of delay to file its proposal until February 1, 2024.
Second Extension of Delay
On January 31, 2024, the Debtor obtained from the Court a second extension of delay to file its proposal until March 18, 2024.
Proposal
On March 15, 2024, La Coopérative des Travailleurs/Travailleuses Premier Défi Laval (the "Debtor") filed a proposal and KPMG Inc. has consented to act as Trustee under the proposal.
