On October 28, 2025, the Commercial Division of the Quebec Superior Court of the District of Montreal (the "Court") issued a First Day Initial Order pursuant the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") in respect of Lithion Technologies Inc., Lithion Saint-Bruno Inc. and Lithion International Inc.
On November 7, 2025, the Court issued an Amended and Restated Initial Order pursuant to the CCAA. This order provides a stay of proceedings until January 30, 2026.
On November 7, 2025, the Court also issued the Sale and Investment Solicitation Process ("SISP") Approval Order and, on November 12, 2025, EY Orenda Corporate Finance Inc. began the outreach process to potential buyers.
