      Technical Support and QA

      We have drawn up technical specifications and tender documents for an electronic monitoring system (for “prisoners” under “home arrest”), supporting the client during the public procurement process – in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of the Czech Republic – and providing QA during the implementation stage.

      Systems and Business Architecture Design

      We designed business and systems architecture for a critical information infrastructure information system (in accordance with the NIS2 directive). The client also received comprehensive tender documents, complete with our support during open, above-threshold procurement. The system is financed by “Instruments for Financial Support for Border Management and Visa Policy” operational programme (OP NSHV).

      Crisis Management and QA in Energy Sector

      We performed an assessment of key risks and the current state of the project (Health check). Then, we proposed new measures, including a new approach to software development (optimization core of a software designed to manage energy sources and maximise profit margin). We have also temporarily taken over the project crisis management and introduced continuous QA to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The system has been running successfully since June 18th, 2024.
