      Martin has more than 20 years of experience with project implementation. Over the past 11 years, he has held various managerial positions and participated in strategic consultation projects. His expert focus lies in change management, project management, agility and enterprise architecture. As project manager or sponsor, he has been part of a number of IT and business transformation projects. In the past, he implemented method guidelines for projects in companies and trained people in the field. At KPMG, Martin heads the Technology team and is responsible for the delivery and support of large projects.
