Rost'a has more than 15 years of experience in managing and implementing business change and IT projects, both in client processes and services, as well as in IT and operations. In his role as a program or project manager, he focuses on implementing new technologies, improving process performance and increasing customer satisfaction. In the past, Rost'a has been responsible for IT supply and requirements management (IT Demand management), Business Process management (optimization strategies and effective organization setup) and held the role of Enterprise Project Portfolio Manager.
