Habits make life easier. However, it is sometimes difficult to break them or initiate a change. Even when updating their own operating system, companies often encounter resistance within the organisation. But digital transformation and process automation are more than just an update. That's why it's important to involve everyone involved in the change process and get them on board.

We supported Deutsche Post DHL in automating its HR processes. We also took on the change management and ensured that all employees understood the full benefits and advantages of the new technology.

The project began with a clearly calculated business case from which the economic benefits of potential digitalisation and process automation could be derived. Together with management, executives and employees, we then analysed all HR processes. We examined which processes and tasks could be optimised, digitalised or automated.

In addition to recording existing processes and the target process design, we were then able to promptly initiate the change process and start implementing digital automation solutions. The rapid implementation of the virtual assistants was a success factor in the change project. It enabled us to react flexibly and agilely to special requests from customers during implementation. Another success factor in change processes is communication. We addressed changes openly and emphasised the benefits of the strategy and the changes. Employees now use the automated processes as naturally as they use their smartphones in everyday life. Deutsche Post DHL is thus developing a corporate culture that will form the basis for future success.

The future belongs to those who prepare for it. We show you what is important in a digital transformation.
