At KPMG we want an environment where everyone can thrive. Inclusion, diversity and equity are important to us and we focus on five key areas – gender, LGBTQ+, ethnicity, disability and socio-economic.

Last year we launched our Gender Action Plan in support of our ambition for 50% of partner promotions to be women from 2025. As part of the plan, we introduced a series of lifecycle support policies aimed at helping our people thrive and acknowledging that families are created in many different ways.

It's important that this isn't seen as just a women's issue. We know that if men take a greater role in caring responsibilities, it has positive impacts for families, communities, and gender equity in the workplace.
