      KPMG's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are partner- and employee-led communities that support the firm’s Impact and Inclusion strategy. ERGs promote the engagement and professional development of their members in support of the firm’s business objectives, while providing value to our people and the firm.       KNOW (KPMG Network of Women)


      KNOW is a voluntary, employee-led group that focuses on creating and fostering a diverse and collaborative workplace. KNOW provides a platform for employees to come together to challenge status quo, drive innovation, take ownership and inspire continuous improvement in themselves and their careers. Their initiatives involve creating networking opportunities, promoting a speak-up culture and building a support system for their members.



      GreenDot


      GreenDot is a ground-up, employee-led initiative that aims to inform and engage our employees on sustainability awareness. It aims to effect change within the workplace through knowledge resources, events and green initiatives. Past initiatives include excursions to landfills, environmental workshops and panel discussions on conservation. 



      Recreation Club


      Rec Club is a volunteer committee of KPMG employees who share a vision of growing a social, connected and inclusive firm. The club organises social and sporting events and curates wellness and Fun@Work activities. Some activities organised previously include spin classes at the KPMG Clubhouse, guitar lessons and online K-pop workouts.

      Well-being


      Our Well-being ERG aims to support our employees holistically, helping them thrive both at work and in life, so that employees can be well together, as a firm. Their activities encompasses the four pillars of well-being – mental and emotional, physical, social and financial. Some activities include Harmony Month, financial literacy masterclasses and stretching sessions.
