KPMG acted as the buy-side advisor and successfully advised energy service companies ČEZ ESCO and ESCO Slovensko on the acquisition of CAPEXUS s.r.o. and CAPEXUS SK s.r.o., leading design and build companies focusing on interior solutions for commercial, especially office space.

ČEZ ESCO
ČEZ ESCO belongs to the ČEZ energy group and provides energy services related to decarbonization and climate change reduction for state administration, local municipalities, entrepreneurs, and industry. It offers comprehensive solutions to energy needs, including energy optimization and energy supply with the emphasis on energy efficiency and savings. ESCO Slovakia is a joint venture of ČEZ ESCO and SPP. It focuses on increasing the energy efficiency of buildings and the implementation of comprehensive energy solutions.
CAPEXUS s.r.o. a CAPEXUS SK s.r.o.
CAPEXUS s.r.o. and CAPEXUS SK s.r.o. engage in the design, planning, and implementation of modern and energy-efficient office space, as well as the revitalization of older commercial buildings. They offer services from initial design to project implementation and their clients include companies of all sizes - from startups to large companies operating in various segments. CAPEXUS has a team of more than 100 employees in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Company’s total turnover on both markets in 2020 was approximately CZK 650 million (EUR 25.7 million).
Thanks to the acquisition of CAPEXUS, buyers will expand their portfolio and provide comprehensive services for office and commercial space not only in the field of energy-saving solutions, but throughout the construction chain - from design to implementation.
