KPMG acted as the buy-side advisor and successfully advised energy service company ESCO Slovensko on the acquisition of Elimer, a.s. offering comprehensive services in the area of electrical installations.

ESCO Slovensko is a joint venture of ČEZ ESCO and SPP. It provides comprehensive and innovative energy services with focus on increasing the energy efficiency of buildings and the implementation of comprehensive energy solutions. Their clients include companies, municipalities and state organizations.
Elimer, a.s.
Elimer, a.s. provides comprehensive services in the field of electrical installations. It focuses on the design, implementation, service and maintenance of high-current and low-current electrical installations in civil and industrial construction, office buildings, shopping centers, production and logistics halls and residential buildings. The company is based in Nové Mesto nad Váhom and has branches in Bratislava and Košice.
Thanks to the acquisition of Elimer, ESCO Slovensko will expand their competences and services portfolio in the field of electrical installations and would further expand guaranteed energy services offering to their clients.
