KPMG acted as the buy-side advisor and successfully advised ZFP Investments, a Czech-based asset manager, on their acquisition of administrative complex Blumental Offices in Bratislava from Slovak developer Corwin.

Blumental Offices
Blumental Offices features 21,597 sqm of rentable area with 16,000 sqm of office area, almost 3,500 sqm of retail area laid out over twelve above-ground and two below-ground storeys. There are also 429 parking spaces in the administrative complex. Blumental ranks among the most sustainable buildings in Slovakia. It was built in line with the highest sustainability standards and has a LEED GOLD certificate.
ZFP Investments
ZFP Investments is a Czech Republic-based asset manager of a public real estate fund. The fund focuses on opportunities in industrial, office and retail properties.
Thanks to this transaction ZFP Investments have gained a valuable addition to the fund´s portfolio, as another premium building. It also represents one of the largest Bratislava office transactions of 2022.
