KPMG provided financial and tax due diligence to ZFP Investments, a Czech-based asset manager, on the acquisition of administrative building Landererova 12 in Bratislava from Slovak developer JTRE.

Landererova 12
Landererova 12 is a 15-story administrative building located near the riverfront and the shopping center Eurovea. It offers 23,650 sqm of leasable area, including 22,800 sqm of office space and 583 sqm of retail space, and two below-ground floors with 376 parking spaces. The most dominant visual element of Landererova 12 is the LED screen directed at the intersection of Košická, Prístavná and Landererova. It was built to the highest sustainability standards and has a LEED GOLD certificate.
ZFP Investments
ZFP Investments is a Czech Republic-based asset manager of a public real estate fund. The fund focuses on opportunities in industrial, office and retail properties.
Thanks to this transaction ZFP Investments have gained valuable addition to the fund´s portfolio, as another premium building, following the acquisition of Blumental offices in 2022.
