KPMG in Slovakia provided buy-side financial and tax advisory services and financial model review to Marguerite, a pan-European infrastructure investor, on the acquisition of a substantial minority stake in SWAN, an independent telecommunications operator in Slovakia.

Marguerite is a pan-European investor based in Luxembourg and Paris in long-life infrastructure focused on greenfield and brownfield expansion initiatives. Since its origins in 2010 Marguerite has managed 3 funds.
SWAN
SWAN is a telecommunications operator headquartered in Bratislava (Slovakia) and provides fixed and mobile telecommunications services to corporate and retail customers nationwide.
By acquisition of a substantial minority stake in SWAN, Marguerite will expand its digital infrastructure portfolio and will provide a significant advantage for future development in new technology extensions, like 5G and fiber networks, for SWAN.
