Jarident
Jarident, based in Slovakia, supplies a wide range of products and services to dental practices and laboratories both domestically and in Slovenia.
Janouch Dental
Janouch Dental is a supplier of dental instruments and consumables on the Czech market.
The acquisition of Jarident and Janouch Dental represents Nuent Group’s entry into the Central and Eastern European market.
KPMG Role
For KPMG Slovakia, Marc Leubner and Erik Meňhart were responsible for financial due diligence and Rado Kratky led the tax teams in Slovakia and abroad.
