Mark joined KPMG in 1995 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1998.
An experienced Corporate Finance practitioner, Mark is based in our Liverpool office where he is responsible for leading our Deal Advisory offering including our team of dedicated Corporate Finance professionals serving Merseyside, Chester, Warrington and North Wales regions.
He and his team have experience in advising a variety of both large and small clients in respect of company disposals, acquisitions and private equity work across a number of different industries. With strong links to KPMG’s sector teams and the firm’s International network, a large proportion of his time is spent advising local, private and family owned SMEs on their strategic options including preparation for and delivery of corporate finance transactions.
